Waterrower & Nohrd struggled with inconsistent branding across markets and within brand communications from global stakeholders.

The team was challenged to better understand communication challenges among the many different parties and use this information to respond with recommendations for updated branding, usage, brand positioning, and communications.

The project executions included a logo redesign (one of the tasks was to bring more visual cohesion together as their old logos differed in look), colours and typography. 

The branding and communications proposed by myself and the rest of the design team are now being rolled out across the globe, starting in the UK. Not only have we been able to achieve consistency across channels, but we have seen increased performance due to branding across platforms such as email marketing.
